Welcome to the official My Fusion Blog.  This is my personal space to share all that my brain questions, creates, imagines sometimes pertaining to health and fitness, other times not.  I am also on a journey to become my best self and will share insights from my experiences along the way.  My thoughts are rarely filtered and feedback in the comments section is always welcome. This is a new outlet to not only share my inappropriate humor to lighten your mood but eventually motivate other likeminded people to stop waiting and start living their best life.  I am a co-creator of My Fusion with a background in healthcare and science with a B.S. degree in Biology and Microbiology, M.S. degree in Healthcare Delivery and I hold a certificate as a Personal Trainer.  The My Fusion online community and resource center was born out of a lifelong passion for improving the quality of life for our local community, expanding to anyone with internet access was a natural consequence of the success we have achieved with face to face coaching.  Our mission is to provide the tools needed to transform your mind, body and spirit so that your brain and body can function at its best to achieve anything you desire.
